Refund Policy
Our policy regarding donations and processing corrections.

General Policy
Contributions made to Daughters of Heritage and Freedom™, Inc. (“DHF”) are generally non-refundable. Donations directly support the organization’s mission, operations, and programming, and are considered final upon completion of the transaction.
Processing Errors
Refund requests related to processing errors — such as duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized charges — may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Submitting a Request
Refund requests related to duplicate charges, processing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the original transaction date.
Requests should include the donor’s name, transaction date, donation amount, and a brief description of the issue. Supporting documentation may be requested to assist with review and verification.
Eligibility & Discretion
DHF reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds at its sole discretion. Where a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
